Giants Cruz Past Cowboys 31-14

After falling to the Giants 21 to 0 I truly believed that just like the Cowboys in the past previous years they would just role over and give up, but this Cowboys team did not give up going into the second half. This season we also learned how tough Tony Romo is fighting through cracked ribs and a bruised throwing hand. This loss cannot be put solely on Romo. In fact, in his condition he actually put on a good showing that he could possibly bring the Cowboys back with the exception of a few mistakes. Victor Cruz was the Cowboys achilles heel. The 74 yard yard pass from Manning was quite an impressive play we have come to see from Cruz. This play was coming off of last week's 99 yard touchdown pass. And with this loss the Cowboys finish the 2011 season with a record of 8 wins and 8 losses. The record is up from the 2010 season at 6 wins and 10 loses. With this loss Dallas natives will continue on heckling Romo saying he can not win the big games. Statistically speaking though Romo passed for 289 yards, 2 touchdown passes, and only 1 interception. Both touchdown passes would go to his favorite target as of late Laurent Robinson. And with this loss we say farwell to another dissapointing year for the Dallas Cowboys of not making the playoffs. They will enjoy the Super Bowl once again at the comfort of their house.
