I didn't personally get to watch this game (forgot to set Tivo), but the Stars did finish of 2011 with a win over the Boston Bruins with a score of 4 to 2. According to ESPNDallas.com, Philip Larsen came out at the third period with a lower body injury. Not sure if he would return or not, but the Stars just can't seem to keep away from the injury bug. Stars will play the Detroit Red Wings in their next game at home on Tuesday. The game will be played on NBC Sports Network (formely known as Versus).
